The FM+DEX is a high-quality streaming device specifically for hearing aids. It converts signals from any FM receiver, telecoil or line-in, then streams them to Widex wireless hearing aids.

A rechargeable battery in the FM+DEX provides up to ten hours of streaming. It also has an optional function for locking programme and volume, ideal in a variety of situations such as the classroom, meetings, lectures and concerts.
Compatible with Widex EVOKE hearing aids, BEYOND/BEYOND Z, UNIQUE, bloom own brand, WidexLink, Telecoil, audio, other FM systems and is tamper-resistant.
