They had had problems getting hearing aids for their own parents and discovered the process was slow, clunky and the price was unclear and generally very high. Conducting more research into the industry, and having spoken with suppliers, they discovered that hearing aid pricing in Ireland was extremely and unnecessarily expensive. So, they went about changing that!
