The Role

This is a dynamic, part-time, field-based role combining business development, promotional activity, and community engagement. You will deliver hearing screenings, build referral partnerships, and drive measurable growth through proactive outreach.

Responsibilities of the role

  • Deliver mobile hearing screenings across pharmacy, retail, and healthcare locations
  • Generate qualified leads and secure assessment bookings
  • Identify and onboard new referral partners (GPs, pharmacies, clinics)
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships
  • Represent Blackberry Hearing at events and community engagements
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting

  • Qualified leads generated
  • Conversion rate ≥45%

  • CRM accuracy and reporting compliance
Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years in sales, business development, or promotions
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital tools
  • Comfortable with outreach, events, and public engagement
  • Healthcare experience desirable
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s licence (essential)
  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent
  • Relevant qualification (desirable)
