Lauren has worked in audiology for over 7 years and qualified as a Hearing Aid Audiologist from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge in 2018.

Lauren completed the micro-suction wax removal course in Aston University Birmingham in October 2018 and loves the satisfaction of seeing wax being removed from the ears and the instant relief people feel from it.

Lauren also loves the problem solving aspect of hearing aids and knows there are many ways to achieve the same outcome, it’s finding the right path for that client to arrive the easiest way to the outcome.

Lauren enjoys watching Judge Judy and loves learning new things all the time, “If a day shall pass you have not learned something new, then not a good day it has been”.
