Role: CRM Data & Audiences – Specialist

Reporting to the Head of Data, we are seeking to hire an experienced CRM Data & Audiences Specialist to assist with cloud based integrations to our CRM, building and supporting Workflow automations & reporting dashboards, and collaborating with our Marketing team & Senior Management to ensure successful delivery of messaging to the right audiences/segments at the right time. You will also play a role in ensuring our Marketing/CRM capabilities are continuously evolving to meet the ongoing needs of the business.

Duties:
Supporting CRM integrations with third-party applications.
Collaborating with the Marketing team to manage audience/segment communications.
Creating and maintaining CRM automation/workflows to improve efficiency.
Designing and building report dashboards for the business.
Supporting and managing ongoing CRM changes/updates.
Analyse data trends in Marketing & Operation within the business to assist with decision making.

Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
Experience with segmentation, and cohort analysis.
Experience working with marketing automation tools.
Experience in creating and maintaining workflows and automation.
Proficient in most of the following areas – Data ETL, Reporting BI, SQL & DBMS, CRM applications.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects/priorities and deadlines.
Accountable and self-motivated.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
